Shipping destinations:

• US and Canada only.

• Right now we are concentrating on the San Diego Metropolitan area.  If you're outside of this area, please contact us to discuss where & when you can get Your Space.

Shipping times:

• Local orders take 5-10 business days to be delivered to you.
• Shipping time might vary depending on location, order backlog, and other factors.

Shipping cost:

• All orders within 35 miles of our San Diego warehouse will receive free shipping.
• If you are North of Carlsbad and East of Poway, shipping costs may apply.

Your complete satisfaction is important to us; however, due to the nature of our product it is very challenging to offer refunds.

• We offer to exchange damaged and defective parts if they were defective or damaged through no fault of your own.
• We must be notified within one week of delivery and within 24 hours of your noticing any damaged or defective parts.
• Please document damage with high resolution images taken from all four angles ( front, back, left, right ).
• We will replace damaged and defective parts at no cost to you and as soon as possible; however, since parts may need to be special ordered please allow up to 8 - 12 weeks for delivery.

As you can probably imagine, we incur considerable costs preparing each order we receive. Therefore, we cannot provide full refunds upon cancellation. If you cancel your order prior to delivery, we can only reimburse you for up to 50% of the purchase price.  Any cancellation request must be received within 2 weeks of purchase.

• Flat or easily leveled part of backyard
• Shaded or partially shaded to reduce glare and cooling costs
• Higher ground that drains well and does not accumulate water
• Sufficient clearance from property line in accordance with zoning rules
• Sufficient distance from house to provide privacy and noise gap
• Well-marked, well-lit pathway to house free of obstructions and mud
